The reason for your beliefs and issues is usually based on childlike age appropriate outdated beliefs, that were created in your childhood but are still being acted upon, despite no longer serving you. Once we uncover that belief, we work on releasing that belief and replace it with new thoughts, images, values. As a result you will create a new mindset, that will empower you to achieve your goals.

No. You are in complete control. You are in charge! I cannot make you do or say anything you don’t want to. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. I access your subconscious mind and work with you to facilitate your desired outcomes. You can talk and move your body. It’s your experience and I simply facilitate it for you.
During your treatment, you will generally feel aware, relaxed and at ease. Everyone is different and depending on how deeply you work, you might leave the session bouncing and energized with excitement or you may feel very reflective. You may also feel slightly tired. Whether you feel excited or reflective, you will always have a sense of understanding, freedom and empowerment. How you feel isn’t an indicator of how effective the treatment is.

Everyone can access their subconscious mind, as long as you wish to enter your subconscious, you will. It’s an easy, enjoyable and thoroughly relaxing process.
All clients are assured of total confidentiality about any disclosed material, in accordance with professional codes of ethics. There are also safeguarding policies in place for the protection of vulnerable children and adults. Only in cases where clients’ welfare is deemed at risk may it be necessary to contact the relevant authorities. Client confidentiality is upheld outside of these specific circumstances. Files are stored appropriately and destroyed according to the appropriate laws.
No, your follow up is included in the initial booking price and is a great opportunity to recap, ask questions and gain even further insight. We will be assessing progress or any issues that have come up. It’s also a chance to discuss any other issues you may want to address in the future.
Hypnosis allows direct access to the foundational reasons why we do certain things and react a certain way. This access saves you hours, even years in talk therapy and searching for the cause of the issue and the fix. When you’re able to observe yourself and these understandings from a non-judgmental perspective, it’s relatively easy to let them go and move onto rewiring new beliefs that are more beneficial. Furthermore, after your session you will receive a short 15 – 20 min long personalized recording that you will listen to for 30 days afterwards in order for the treatment to have the full effect.
Sometimes it can take more than one 30 day package per issue but as a rule most issues only take one.
*Please note, long-term, deep seated depression and anxiety can take several sessions.

Yes. Regression is an invaluable way to discover the source of an issue. You will not re-experience anything, you will simply observe events or experiences you have had in your past, similar to seeing them on a TV screen. What you see may make you sad or joyful but either way you will feel completely safe as you observe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions. I may refrain from using regression, if this is not appropriate for you.
If you go back to scenes form your life that are related to things like sexual or physical abuse, or other trauma, it’s important to remember that you are not re-living that scene, you are simply re-viewing it and that you are safe. I will support you and create a safe space for you to express your emotions and heal. You’ll be fine.
